Henrietta has worked for over 35 years in financial markets advising the public, private and not-for-profit sectors on debt and risk management and working most of her career as an investment banker at Barclays, Hambros and RBC.
Since 2010 she has focused on advising and arranging funding for underserved parts of the market such as charities and mid-cap companies and been involved in many financial innovations. These have included bond programmes for housing associations & charities and opening new sources of finance such as the retail eligible bond market.
Henrietta was formerly on the Housing Committee of the CoE Pension Fund, and is a member of the CISI.
