About MORhomes

MORhomes PLC is a unique borrowing vehicle for the UK social housing sector. Its shares are owned by not-for-profit UK housing associations, with funds raised through the bond market on-lent to those shareholder associations. As an issuer with public debt traded on the London Stock Exchange, MORhomes issues bonds structured as Social Bonds under the Social Bond Principles (2023) or Sustainability Bonds under the Sustainability Bond Guidelines (2021).

Since 2019, MORhomes has partnered with Allia Bond Services (ABS) to provide tailored financial and governance support aligned with its continued development. Building on MORhomes’ strong foundations, ABS delivers integrated solutions that enhance operational resilience and compliance, helping MORhomes maintain its focus on delivering innovative financing for housing associations

This integrated approach has provided stability and governance support as MORhomes achieved major financing milestones, with £538.6m on-lent to housing associations to date, strengthening stakeholder confidence.
