Our work with LendInvest PLC

LendInvest is a long-standing client of Allia C&C’s, issuing its first bond in 2017. Since then, it has issued five retail-eligible bonds across three different EMTN programmes. Most recently, in 2025, Allia C&C acted as sole lead manager on the establishment of a new EMTN programme and the successful completion of a new £75m retail bond, which included a new bond offer and an exchange for its existing 11.5% 2026 and 6.5% 2027 bonds.

The impact

The new issue was priced at 8.25% with a tenor of five years, a 3.25% improvement on coupon compared to the issue placed in 2023. The new issue benefited from high demand from retail investors as well as wealth managers and institutional investors.
