Adrian has been involved in providing advice on debt structuring and funding for over 30 years in both the bank and capital markets. He was the deputy chair of Hambros Bank one of the UK’s leading Merchant Banks and then became chair of Royal Bank of Canada Europe where he was responsible for the banks bond and infrastructure business worldwide. He was a founder member of Allia C&C in 2019 and has been heavily involved in growing its business, advising Housing Associations and Care Charities on debt. He is the chair of the UKMBA, the borrowing vehicle for Local Authorities.
