Briony is Head of Allia Bond Services, managing the delivery of client services to issuers and lenders with over £2bn of issued securities. She brings deep expertise in designing efficient, scalable systems that strengthen governance, elevate client experience, and build long-term organisational resilience.
Briony joined the Allia Group in 2018 to support the growth of its impact finance activities. In 2020 she became Chief Operating Officer at Allia C&C, leading operational performance and delivering firm-wide process improvements, before taking on her current role in 2025. Passionate about developing high-performing teams, she creates environments where people and processes thrive, enabling organisations to achieve sustainable success.
