Phil has been involved in the development of impact investing in the UK since joining the Allia Group in 2009 and has worked on a wide range of public and private transactions across sectors including housing, care, finance and education. He is responsible for overseeing all legal and risk matters for the Allia Group.
Phil has a masters degree from the University of Cambridge. He is also a trustee of Anglian Learning, a successful multi-academy trust with 20 schools across the East of England.
