Tom joined Allia C&C in September 2023 as a Finance Assistant and has become a key member of the Finance Team. In his role, Tom provides essential support in the preparation and completion of management accounts, ensuring that financial reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with organisational standards. His attention to detail and commitment to quality contribute significantly to the smooth operation of the team’s monthly and quarterly processes. Tom works closely with Claus in the Settlements Department, where he plays an active role in monitoring and coordinating trade matching and settlement activities. By ensuring trades are processed efficiently and within required timeframes, Tom helps maintain compliance and operational integrity across departments. Tom is currently studying for the AAT Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting. Tom’s proactive approach, collaborative mindset, and dedication to continuous improvement make him a valuable asset to Allia C&C.
